Join the local chapter of the TCADP as we meet to vigil for Karl Chamberlain on Wednesday June 11 at 5:30 at the corner of Texas Ave and Walton. And put out your lawn signs Wednesday also. 
There had been hope that the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals would uphold an appeal on the constitutionality of the lethal injection procedure and stop this execution--but the court did not, and this avenue is now unavailable for a stay for Karl Chamberlain. We will continue to hope for a stay, and if I hear there is one, I will send an email.   Last Tuesday's execution was stayed 90 minutes before the execution hour, thankfully.
