Steve, your experience was quite different from my own. While
his crew did ask me to make a cup of coffee, there were no repeat
shoots of my comments and no prompting on the response. He
repeated over and over that if I didn't want to answer a question I
didn't have to. In retrospect, I wish I had been more thoughtful
about my responses, but that was my fault not his.
