Has everyone seen this cartoon?

Remember that Ari Fleischer, White House Press Secretary, advised everyone 
a few weeks ago that one bullet is cheaper than a war and if the people of 
Iraq will take it upon themselves to deal with Saddam in this way, that it 
would be much easier for everyone.  That is part of what provoked the 
challenge to a duel from Iraq's Vice President.

I first thought that this cartoon was about the Kennedy 
assassination.  Maybe that is the whole point of how we still do business 
in Texas.
