Yes - active. I intend to step up my involvement (partly as a result

I would suggest some of the European formal ontology crowd -- this
bunch would have a big stake as they seem to have the most severe
demands in terms of expressiveness and seems to be under-represented in
the current list. Perhaps one from Nicola Guarino's lab in Trento and
one from Barry Smith's lab in Leipzig. I will forward your appeal to
them.

Nope, not right off hand. Is this the kind of thing that DARPA would
do in the timeframe you suggest?
