[SCL] URGENT: TIME OF TELECON

I just realized that the US went onto Summer daylight time this 
weekend, so the relative times have changed for the telecon. For some 
reason unknown to me, this seems to involve a 2-hour shift, since my 
time-conversion software now gives these as the European times 
corresponding to the US daylight times:

0900 CDT/1000 EDT/1500BST/1500 CEST,

At least the phone number hasnt changed: 413-351-4140

If this earlier time is difficult for the Europeans, I am quite happy 
to move it to a later time. Lets discuss this first at the telecon.
