Excellent.  If you and Chris are willing
to help with the organization, that should
provide a critical mass (but I still hope
that other SCL readers will provide
moral and material (i.e. work) support).

I'll draft a proposal, which I'll send
to the SCL list by Monday.  Then after
a couple of iterations, we should have
something that we can send to Carol H.
by the deadline (May 2).
