Pat is also working on a proposed W3C standard. I believe
that we should keep all the technical specifications of
the ISO and W3C standards identical. The only differences
between them should be in "boilerplate" and perhaps in the
order of presentation.

Since Z is already an approved ISO standard 13568, I suggest
that the outline for the ISO CL standard be similar in overall
arrangement to the Z standard. If anyone needs a copy, I have
posted a draft version of FDIS 13568 on my web site (copy it
now if you like, since it's in a temporary directory):

And I'm very glad that you have done the work to get an
official ISO project set up with an official standard number.
