[SCL] sorry about delay

I need to apologize for the delay in getting the logistics of the SCL 
group set up, particularly after my gung-ho call to action. 
Unfortunately I have been unable to use email and the web adequately 
since Xmas last. This situation will change at the end of January, 
and hopefully we can get things moving better then.

In the meantime, let us try to agree on a suitable time to have a 
weekly teleconference. We need to have it at a time which is not too 
late in Europe, so I suggest that we choose 0900 CST/1000 
EST/1500GMT/1600 CET. I can't make Fridays at this time, myself, 
which leaves four possible days. Please send email with your 
constraints, and I will try to pick a suitable time for everyone.

A possible alternative would be to target a time which is later in 
the evening in Europe, say 1200 CST/1900 CET, but I think it would be 
better if we could find an earlier time.

The teleconference number, by the way, is 413-351-4140. Europeans 
will have to dial this as a US number, sorry about that. Since there 
are no 'entry' tones or anything like that, please say your name when 
you phone in so we can tell who is on the call.
