[SCL] water

I met Henry Lieberman in Ca who told me about it. Its a very 
interesting idea: basically a version of LISP which works on modified 
XML structures in place of Sexpressions and has a read/eval/html loop 
instead of read/eval/print.  You can write a web server in three 
lines of code. This looks to me like a VERY good idea.

Can you see any way we could use this in SCL??
