[SCL] Telecon and SCL progress

Monday and Thursday mornings are generally bad for me.  The
other days of the week are usually OK.

Next week is a special case since I'll be flying to California,
and I'll be unavailable on both Monday and Tuesday.  However,
I could call in on Wed, Thurs, or Fri.

Speaking of California, I'll be in the Bay Area until then end
of March.  Is anyone going to be attending the AAAI Spring Symp.
at Stanford?  If so, perhaps we could have a meeting there.
