[SCL] Telecon and SCL progress

Pat,

Actually, Tuesdays are probably the best day for me,
and I just checked my flight schedule for March 11.
It turns our that I my plane doesn't leave until
late in the afternoon.  So I would be able to make
a telecon at 10 am EST, if that is convenient
for the gang.

On the 18th and 25th, I could call from the hotel
room at 7 am, if we could agree on Tuesdays.
