Yes, this is what I should have done. Apologies, I'm new to this 
organizing business. OK, todays telecon was a bust. Still we got some 
useful discussion done.

Next Tuesday I will be travelling, unfortunately, but perhaps we 
could target for the following week? That would be the 25th, at a 
time so early in the morning on the West coast that it would not 
materially affect attendance at the Spring symposia. According to my 
timezone database, the times would be 0700 PST, 0900 CST, 1500 GMT, 
1600 CET, but please check the conversion from CST if you are in 
doubt.

Unfortunately, the phone connection does not actually tell you 
anything very much if nobody else is on the call when you get 
through, but if you hit the hash # key, it should tell you how many 
*other* people are on the call. (That is, if you hear 'zero', it does 
not mean that you do not exist.)
