Sorry, travel and end of semester duties have kept me away from SCL the
last couple of weeks.  The semester is over and I plan to return to SCL
this afternoon and produce a draft of the SCL spec.  Should be
straightforward to revise the first-order CL sublanguage document I sent
out a few weeks ago and turn it into an SCL spec.
