I think this is actually essential, Murray.  I will do my best to add 
such links, and I'm sure Tanel and other members of the group will 
strive to do the same in their writings, especially for the more public 
documents that are beginning to take shape.  And suggestions about 
where to put them and the form to use will be welcome.
