Hey Murray, I'll not post on the foundations of mark-up if you promise
not to post on the philosophy of mathematics!  ;-)  Really, folks, I
think we are getting WAY off-topic here, and much as I'd like to
discuss the basic problems in the philosophy with everyone, I don't
think it's gonna help us get SCL finished.  Let's move on.
