Bill,

In an earlier note, I mentioned Philippe Martin's
Multi-Source Ontology, which combines Dolce,
WordNet, and my KR ontology.  The WebKB software,
which supports MSO, already has CGIF and an XML
version of CGIF on it.  It would be very easy to
add support for any or all SCL languages.

The scientific manager at DSTC has already agreed
that the best thing to do with WebKB is to make it
available under an open source license.  And it would
be possible to add SUMO and OpenCyc to the MSO.
