That's good (I think - I'm not up on what WebKB is/does) but my goal
in suggesting the sourceforge thing was to provide a place for those
who want to *code* SCL-compliant applications, not to store stuff
written in SCL concrete syntaxes.  Surely WebKB isn't the only app
anyone will ever want :-D
