My understanding is that the CL work was approved as a new work item
for ISO TC1/SC32/WG2.

I am willing to serve as "poster child" and even do some of the work!
Obviously I will want to get up to speed on the stuff that many of the
SUO and SCL groups are working on.

As it turns out, I have found some funding and will be attending the
ISO WG2 meeting in Melbourne. For now I suggest that I be proposed as
the official editor. I should warn everyone that I take "editor"
literally; it's probably not a good idea for me to be the "author" as
well.
