[SCL] RDF in an SCL world

Folks,

Any thoughts on how an agent with an SCL-based ontology might be able 
to talk RDF at the interface?  The big issues would be relations that 
are either polyadic or arity > 2.  Does it make sense to add a strategy 
for dealing with this issue to the spec?
