[SCL] storm outage

Due to hurricane Ivan, IHMC will be closed down and without power 
from Wednesday for an indeterminate period, so I won't be able to 
send or read email.

We expect phone service to be intermittent also.  For anything 
urgent, the best route would be to try my cell phone 850 291 0667 but 
even this may be erratic for a while.
