Murray,

As I said before, I have no quarrel with having
XCL as one of the concrete syntaxes.  But I would
recommend the KIF-like notation as the basic form
that is used to explain the semantics.

That strategy is commonly used for XML-based
notations:  have a "human-oriented" form that
is distinct from the XML encoding.  We can use
the KIF-like form as the "human-oriented" form
of XCL.
