On Wed. 2/29 the State of Texas will execute George Rivas.  
Please post your lawn signs all day that day.  

Also, you may want to take advantage of the conference to be 
held this Saturday (10-4): the Amnesty International state 
meeting in the Zachry Building on the TAMU campus.  I've been 
told that there will be free parking available in Lot 50, which is 
very near Zachry.  The keynote speaker will be Rais Bhuiyan, 
the victim of a post 9/11 attack who fought to save his assailant 
from the death penalty.  More info at
