Clearly the dog days of August in College Station, Texas are not prime hell
raising times. Nonetheless, it would be a shame to miss this opportunity.
As a large turnout is unlikely, perhaps some guerrilla theater might play
well. This would not have to be instead of a demonstration, it could be in
addition to or in connection with, depending on Danny's preference. If you
are interested please email me directly. - Hugh
P.S. Some people may be understandably uncomfortable with the negative and
seemingly brash aspects of a public demonstration. Please understand that
you can stand quietly, with your own sign, or no sign at all. Having a lot
of people turn out for this demonstration is the best way we have of getting
information into the local media about the extreme nature of the Bush
administration. Hopefully someone on this list who is working with the
Democratic Party to get the Kerry vote out will help mobilize a strong
turnout for this important event.
